Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Subscribing gets you our best price, delivered on your schedule, plus a 60-day guarantee on your first delivery. No contracts, no minimums, and no phone calls to cancel.

How your subscription works

  • You choose your products and how often you'd like them delivered (every 4, 6, or 8 weeks).
  • On each billing date, we charge the payment method on file at your subscription price, plus shipping on orders under $45, and ship your order.
  • We'll email you a reminder 5 days before each charge, so you always have time to skip, change, or cancel.
  • Your subscription continues until you skip, pause, or cancel it.
  • Your subscription discount applies to every order while your subscription is active. If our prices change, we'll email you at least 14 days before the new price applies to your subscription.

Managing your subscription

Log in at franklysogood.com/a/subscriptions/login, or use the link in any subscription email, to:

  • Skip or pause a delivery
  • Change your delivery frequency, products, or quantities
  • Update your shipping address or payment method
  • Cancel your subscription

Cancelling

  • You can cancel online at any time. It takes under a minute and you don't need to give a reason.
  • To stop your next order, cancel, skip, or pause before your next billing date. We'll email you to confirm.
  • If an order has been charged but hasn't shipped yet, contact us right away and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
  • Orders that have already shipped can't be cancelled.

Refunds
