Our Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied with a Frankly So product purchased directly from us, or from one of our authorized sellers in the United States, we’ll work with you to sort it out. That may mean a replacement, the chance to try another flavor, or a refund - depending on the situation.
Because we can’t control how products are stored or handled by unauthorized sellers, unless required by law, this guarantee doesn’t apply to products purchased through unauthorized retailers, resale sites, or online marketplaces.
This guarantee applies only to the original consumer purchaser in the United States. Requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Proof of purchase may be required.
