- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup melted butter
- Greek yogurt or frosting, for the dots

- Mix the cake mix, eggs, milk and melted butter. Pour into a pan and bake per the box.
- Cool, then pipe or spoon dots of yogurt (or frosting) across the top.

- 1 cup Greek yogurt (or cottage cheese)
- Handful of strawberries, sliced
- Apple Cinnamon crumble
- Yogurt in a bowl.
- Strawberries on top.

Warm Vanilla
- 2 toaster waffles
- Butter
- Maple syrup

- Toast the waffles.

Honey Roasted
- 1 cup frozen berries or an açaí pack
- 1 banana
- Splash of milk
- Blueberries and strawberries, for the top

- Blend the berries, banana and milk until thick.
- Pour into a bowl, fruit on top, drizzle of honey.
- Finish with Honey Roasted. Your protein, no chalk.
