We move quickly, but we do it properly.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order leaves our hands, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your door.

During busy periods, launches, or promotions, processing may take a little longer. We’ll always aim to keep you informed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and can vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and factors outside our control.

We’re not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier or network disruptions

  • Weather events

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details entered at checkout

Where We Ship

Right now, Frankly So ships within the United States only.

We’re not able to ship to PO boxes or military addresses unless stated otherwise at checkout.

 

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to appear once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Orders

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll get in touch to arrange next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Frankly So can’t take responsibility for orders lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if something looks wrong, contact us at hello@franklysogood.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

We’ll review it quickly and work out the right fix, whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
