    Every box is 3 pouches of one flavor or a variety mix - around 28 servings. Use the pickers to take as many of each as you like; your whole order arrives together in one delivery, on one subscription.

    What if it's not for me?
    If your first Frankly So order is a subscription, you have 60 days from delivery to ask for your money back - for any reason, even if you just don't love the flavor. No need to send anything back. Email its@franklysogood.com with your order number. Original shipping isn't refundable, and later deliveries aren't covered for change of mind, but you can skip or cancel anytime before your next billing date.
    How many boxes and how often?
    Most people eat about a serving a day, so one box lasts around 4 weeks for one person - which is why two boxes is the usual choice for a household, and two ships free. Tell us how many people are eating it and we will suggest a frequency that actually lasts.
    Can I change flavors later?
    Anytime, before your next delivery. Open the customer portal, pick your subscription, and swap.
    How do I skip or cancel?
    Click Manage subscription in the footer of any page, or the link in your delivery reminder email. Enter your email address and we send you a secure link straight to your subscription - from there you can skip a delivery, change how often, or cancel outright. No emails to us, no phone calls.
    When am I billed?
    Right before each shipment. We email you a reminder five days ahead, with a link to skip or cancel before it goes.
    Is shipping really free?
    Orders $45+ ship free - one-time or subscription. Smaller orders have a flat shipping rate.
    Can I get all six flavors in one subscription?
    Yes - build one right here. Take one pouch of each flavor and they all arrive together on a single subscription, and you can change the mix any time. The Full Crunch Box in the shop is the same six flavors as a one-time box.
